Description
Perform analysis of the electric delivery systems and studies of system expansion alternatives. Identify, design and implement electric system modifications to achieve corporate objectives for safety, reliability, economy and efficiency. Plan and conduct work of considerable diversity and requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, principals, and criteria. Originate and develop alternatives in methods and procedures. Interpret, organize and execute large assignments. Perform field investigations such as: troubleshooting of system problems, audits of company facilities, system load studies and investigations of customer power quality concerns. Such investigations may require the installation of specialized instruments for measurement and data collection purposes.

Skills
The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering technology, CAD or related field and 8 years professional experience as a utility engineering technician or directly related position.
